I am working on so much these days I am forgetting to post on the blog! Silly Me!!!
I am not taking red rasberry tea 3 times a day to regulate my body for its womanly cycles! I feel that this herb is just a powerful wonderful herb as it can be take at normal times and while pregnant!!! I have posted some pictures of it and information about it below to help everyone understand what it can be used for! This is a great herb! Currently I am using Traditional Medicines Tea and then off to some Yogi Tea, Both of these brands have nothing but goodness and the red rasberry tea is just what it says no other combination of herbs!!

Are the pills just as effective? Also how do you recommend taking these? (once, twice daily? Etc)

I personally do not like taking herbal pills. I find the infusions (teas) to more effective more quickly!
